Every square tin case in the library — 1,820 production runs in total, 24 to a page, each one carrying the mould it was made from. Footprint varies far more than height across the pool, so read the use case first and the size second.

Four Flat Panels, Four Corners
As square tin manufacturers, a square body is the easiest shape to print and the one that needs the most attention at the corners. Four things get settled before one goes back on the line.
A square body gives four flat faces and a flat lid, so CMYK offset litho lays down without the arc compensation a cylinder needs. Barcodes, ingredient panels and small type are all specified on these square tin moulds for exactly that reason.
Four seams instead of one means four places to leak, and the corner radius is set against the fill. A square tin holding a dry product and one holding a syrup are not the same seam spec.
Square bodies either nest or stack, and the lid has to match — a stackable square tin with lid needs a recessed top that a nested one does not. The choice is made before tooling, not after.
A square lid takes a PET window more cleanly than any other shape, because the aperture sits on a flat panel. It is the most common addition to a square window lid tin and the cheapest way to show what is inside.
Flat-Panel by Construction
A square tin container is the shape printers prefer: four flat faces and a flat lid, so nothing has to be wrapped around a curve. Three things decide how well one behaves, and on every case above all three were fixed before printing started.
Use Cases
Square Tins packaging is bought in four recognisable patterns. Each one changes the spec — shape, capacity, lid and print method all follow from it.

For brands that need consistent print across repeat orders and dependable stacking strength in transit — stock tooling keeps cost and colour both controllable.

Holiday gift builds for Christmas, Lunar New Year and Mid-Autumn — often paired with an insert tray, ribbon and sleeve. The busiest slots in the calendar.

Supermarket and department-store own-brand programmes where print accuracy, barcode placement and case-pack configuration matter more than novelty shape.

Low-volume, high-finish tins with embossing or debossing — the tin gets kept on a desk long after the product is gone.

Design Reference
A square body gives four flat panels and four seams, which is an opportunity and a constraint at the same time.
A square tin container can carry a different message on each panel, or one image broken across the corners. Because the panels are flat, CMYK offset litho holds fine detail on a square metal tin better than on any curved body in the range.
Square tins are stacked in retail and in transit, so the lid face is the one most often seen. Artwork is planned lid-first, and the corner seams are kept clear of critical copy because they are the first place print can thin.
Buying Guide
Four decisions turn one of the cases on this page into your order. On a square body, two of them are about the corners and one is about which face carries what.
Square bodies are tooled by side length, and capacity follows from the height. Quote the footprint that fits your shelf or carton and we find the height, rather than starting from a litre figure.
A square metal tin that nests saves a great deal of freight and warehouse space but cannot be stacked once full. Saying which matters up front changes the lid blank as well as the pack.
Four panels means four decisions: front, back, and two sides. Fine type and barcodes go on the largest flat face, and naming that up front is what stops a square tin container arriving with the barcode wrapped round a corner.
Dry product is forgiving; anything with oil or syrup is not. The corner radius and the seam spec are set against the fill, and it is the one thing most often left off a first enquiry.
