- For ongoing order updates (production, payment, sample delivery), reply to your order email or message our customer service email with your order number; the responsible owner in our order system will follow up.
- For channel partnerships (mold resource integration, case co-build, export agency), please email us with your company background and cooperation direction so we can route the inquiry to the right evaluation team.
