These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Pingxiang North Latitude 30 E-commerce Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91360313MAG09A6T8L; registered address: Heyao Industrial Park, Xiangdong District, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, China) (“we”, “us”). They apply to your access to https://cntinworld.com, account registration, enquiries, orders and all services offered on this site. By accessing or using the site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when registering, and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may restrict or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.

• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate; slight colour variation between screens and physical goods is normal.
• For customised products, the approved physical sample or digital proof prevails.
• All prices are shown at checkout in the selected currency to two decimal places (for example, USD 19.99).
• Before you submit an order, the checkout page itemises unit price, quantity, subtotal, shipping, taxes and the total amount payable.
• Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices exclude import duties, VAT and customs clearance charges in the destination country, which are payable by the recipient.
• Where a price is manifestly incorrect due to a system or human error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email to your registered address, setting out the order number, item details, quantity, unit price, shipping, taxes and the total amount payable. After successful payment the system automatically sends a payment and order confirmation email; if you have not received it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

• Payments are collected through the licensed institutions Airwallex, WorldFirst and PayPal, supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and selected local payment methods.
• We never access or store your full card number or security code; cardholder data is captured and processed by the payment institution within its PCI DSS certified environment.
• Your issuing bank may require 3-D Secure authentication; transactions that fail authentication will be declined.
• Orders enter production or dispatch only after payment has been received in full.
• The merchant name shown on your bank statement may be our company name or its English abbreviation.

Delivery areas, lead times and shipping fees are set out in our Shipping Policy; return conditions, deadlines and refund methods are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies form an integral part of these Terms.

• Trademarks, logos, page design, copy, images, the mould library and 3D models on this site are owned by us or the respective rights holders and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
• You retain ownership of the logos, images and artwork you upload; you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them as necessary to fulfil your order (including sampling, production, logistics and after-sales).
• You warrant that you hold the necessary rights in the content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party trademark, copyright or other right. You are solely liable for third-party claims arising from your materials and will indemnify us against resulting losses.
• We do not accept or manufacture counterfeit, imitation or unauthorised branded packaging of any kind.
• Images generated by the AI features on this site may be used for the packaging of your own products once the corresponding order has been paid in full; the non-infringement warranties above continue to apply.

• Using a false identity, misappropriating another person’s payment instrument, or engaging in any fraudulent transaction;
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, pornographic, violent or discriminatory material;
• Using crawlers, automated scripts or other means to disrupt the site or scrape data in bulk;
• Attempting to circumvent security controls or access systems or data without authorisation;
• Using the services for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or other unlawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our intent or gross negligence, nor does it affect the non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under your local law.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, governmental measures, power or communications failures and disruption to international logistics. We will notify you promptly and agree a solution with you.

The above does not deprive consumers in the EU, the UK or other jurisdictions of the rights and remedies available to them under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their place of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may revise these Terms from time to time and will publish the revised version on this page, effective on publication. Revisions do not affect the rights and obligations under orders already concluded.
