FAQ

The questions we hear most before ordering.

What is the MOQ?

Standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs; negotiable when using existing molds or standard tin types.

How long does sampling take? Is it charged?

Typically 3-7 business days; the sampling fee depends on the plan and is deductible from the bulk order.

What are the artwork requirements?

Vector AI / PDF files preferred, CMYK color, images at 300dpi or above; or describe your needs and we will assist with the design.

Is it food contact safe?

The inner coating separates contents from the metal — moisture and rust resistant, suitable for food packaging.

How long is the lead time?

Typically 15-25 days after artwork approval, extended in peak season or for complex plans; confirmed at order time.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Quoted by destination, volume and weight; sea, air and express supported, and you may assign your own forwarder.

Can I place a small trial order?

Yes — small trial runs with existing molds keep costs low, ideal for testing a new product in the market.
