Chewing Gum Tins
Built Around Freshness and Compliance
Turning Any Case Above Into Custom Chewing Gum Tins
As a chewing gum tin manufacturer, a gum build is specified against food grade, sealing and acid resistance before it is specified against artwork — damp, off-flavour or failed compliance is the most common reason one of these gets returned. Four things get settled before one goes back on the line.
Food-grade lining, inert against sugar and acid
The fill is food, so the inner wall carries a food-safe anti-rust / acid-resistant lacquer — no leaching, no transfer, and it passes food-contact compliance. This is fixed before tooling.
The right sealed lid: slip, hinged or magnetic
A thin slip lid for pocket carry; a hinged lid for shelf stand; a magnetic lid for a limited gift box. All three run the same mould, and the choice is made before the artwork because it changes the lid layout.
Wall gauge matched to the filled weight
A box full of sweets is carried and stacked. The wall gauge is matched to that weight rather than to the thinnest stock, so a gum tin arrives without a dent.
Print that passes food-contact safety
Outer-wall print uses food-contact-safe inks, so it doesn't wear under handling; foil or UV are accents rather than a full flood, balancing feel and compliance.
Built to Keep It Fresh
How These Chewing Gum Cases Hold Up
A chewing gum tin has to keep moisture out, lock flavour in and travel in a pocket. Three things decide whether it stays fresh; on every case above all three were fixed before printing started.
